We spend more time with our workmates than we do with our own families, for this reason we see the right people at work as the most important part of the operation. ORL has built up a team of 30 people. We look for the right person and help them find the right position regardless of qualifications and experience. Right now, we don’t have any open positions; however, we are interested in hearing from potential new team members. We often look for professionally trained or skilled career gardeners, landscapers, horticulturalists and apprentices.
